Ferman Law was established in London, United Kingdom in 1981.  In January 2008 we also opened an office in Oakdale, Minnesota.  We mainly practice American immigration law.  To better serve our clients, we have continuous contact with the U.S. Embassy in London, and we closely monitor its practices and policies.  However, we can assist you with a visa application at any U.S. consular post.  We advise both individuals and companies with respect to the various types of visa applications and other immigration-related matters.

Our London office also advises on a broad range of American legal matters, including international business law, corporate and commercial law (e.g., setting-up and doing business in America), U.S. taxation, and international estate administration for American expatriates and persons owning U.S. assets, wills and estates, and intellectual property (e.g., copyrighting, trademarks, etc.).  U.S. commercial litigation is also undertaken with the assistance of local counsel in the U.S.

Additionally, for people who are interested in working or living in Australia or New Zealand, we act as an agent for immigration advisors for those countries.
