Our Firm
Ferman Law, established in London in 1981, practices in American and Canadian immigration and visa work. The firm has been designated by the US Embassy as an authorized agent for the submission of visa application with the Volume Visa Unit. We serve consular visa needs at the US Embassy in London where we maintain close links with embassy practices and policies. We advise British and other companies and entrepreneurs.

We also advise on US and international business, taxation, estates, and international estate administration and a broad range of transnational legal matters, including commercial law, corporate law and intellectual property. US commercial litigation is also undertaken with the assistance of local counsel.

Michelle Ferguson is qualified as a UK Paralegal with National Association of Paralegals and is currently a part-time student. Prior to joining Ferman Law, Ms. Ferguson worked for Fredrikson & Byron (U.S.) combined with Wedlake Bell (U.K.). Ms. Ferguson works as a part-time Personal Assistant to Mr. Gary M. Ferman.
