Our Firm
Ferman Law, established in London in 1981, practices in American and Canadian immigration and visa work. The firm has been designated by the US Embassy as an authorized agent for the submission of visa application with the Volume Visa Unit. We serve consular visa needs at the US Embassy in London where we maintain close links with embassy practices and policies. We advise British and other companies and entrepreneurs.

We also advise on US and international business, taxation, estates, and international estate administration and a broad range of transnational legal matters, including commercial law, corporate law and intellectual property. US commercial litigation is also undertaken with the assistance of local counsel.
Vicki Anderson  Attorney Minnesota Office
Vicki Anderson was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota in 2002. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.

Ms. Anderson was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2002. She has been working in the field of U.S. immigration law since 1995. She is experienced in nonimmigrant petitions, employment and family-based immigrant petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status applications, labor certification applications, and naturalization applications. Prior to joining Ferman Law, she worked at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. and Ingber & Aronson, P.A., which are both located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ms. Anderson represented clients before District Adjudication Officers, the Immigration Judge, and the Board of Immigration Appeals as a certified student attorney in the Immigration Clinic at William Mitchell College of Law.

Whilst an undergraduate student, Ms. Anderson lived and studied in Santiago, Chile. She is proficient in Spanish. Also during her undergraduate studies, Ms. Anderson served as President of the Board of Directors of the International Study and Travel Center at the University of Minnesota and was honoured with the President’s Student Leadership and Service Award.
